• PRISM --- time series for the USA. Min and max temperature, and precipitation. Monthly data for 1890-now.

Elevation

• "Hole-filled" high res SRTM --- 90 meter resolution, for much of the world.
• 1 km spatial resolution SRTM --- can also be downloaded from the WorldClim site
